The value for money at Ivory Tree Game Lodge was outstanding, with rooms exceeding our expectations and offering great comfort. The location was close to the community, which added some noise, but the staff made us feel special with their friendly and accommodating service.
The breakfast items could be improved by offering a wider variety of choices.

We had an amazing time during our New Year's stay! The location was absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by nature and wildlife. We were lucky enough to spot the Big 5, thanks to the knowledgeable rangers who took us on exciting and informative game drives. The spacious rooms with their beautiful views were a definite highlight, especially the outdoor showers!
There were a few things that could have been better. the wifi was chargeable and not included in the package, which was a disappointment.

The highlight of my stay at Ivory Tree Game Lodge was the exceptional game drive with my knowledgeable guide, Desmond. We were lucky enough to spot four of the big five animals, including a mummy cheetah with her adorable cubs. The safari experience was truly mind-blowing, exceeding all my expectations. The lodge itself was stunning, with beautiful and authentic rooms. The food was beyond incredible, with a wide variety of options at the buffet for every meal. I especially loved the delicious cakes, biscuits, and fresh fruit. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks like the need for bathroom upgrades and a problematic outside shower, the overall experience was outstanding. I highly recommend Ivory Tree Game Lodge for an unforgettable stay.

Game drives were outstanding, with competent rangers who provided informative and enjoyable safaris. the reserve itself was incredibly beautiful, providing a stunning backdrop for the animal sightings. We also appreciated the variety and quality of the food, especially the chance to try different game meats at dinner.
They attempted to charge us for an extra room instead of simply upgrading our existing room.
